Contact us

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you need our help, whether you need a translator / interpreter or non-professional advice for the next steps of planning your treatment, fill in the form below. We will respond as quickly as possible per email – please check your inbox and spam folder.

If you need the help of an interpreter for communicating with medical personnel, please make sure to state the location (country, city and name of the medical facility) as well as the time of the upcoming consultations. In case you haven’t been provided with a timetable of the treatment yet, please also note this in the contact form below.

You may also find the Phrasebooks for medical settings developed by our team useful. They include a variety of topics ranging from body parts through common ailments and allergies to standard medical examination questions and responses. While they are not intended to replace the work of professional translators, interpreters or our volunteers, they might help a patient to communicate their needs to the medical team. Currently, Phrasebooks in all combinations of Bulgarian, English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Russian are available.

If you want to become a part of our volunteer team, contact us at and tell us a little more about yourself. It is important for us to hear about your motivation to join us, the country you currently live in and the level of your skills in the local language.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″]
